Shipping Policy
No Refunds
All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products unless the item received is damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with the replacement process.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase. This processing time is separate from shipping time, which we estimate to be 3-4 business days for standard shipping within Mainland U.S.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Address Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your address during checkout. FINNA is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
FINNA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
United States Shipping
We offer standard shipping for $6.99 on orders for Mainland U.S. We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $50.00.
We currently do not ship outside the Contiguous United States.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@drinkfinna.com with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.
